What are the ways to order a product

The products can be ordered online on our website or from the Ariete Atelier showroom on Vulturului street, no. 17, Brașov, of course with a prior appointment to ensure that the desired products are available.

What are the payment methods you accept

The accepted payment method is the payment of the refund by courier or online.

You can make online payment with your personal or company card, in complete security. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have CVV2 / CVC2 code). No additional transaction fees are charged.
Card data processing is done exclusively on PlatiOnline servers. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store the confidential data of your card, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processor bank. This way your information is secure.
Regardless of the currency you have in your account, the transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of your bank.

How do I make sure my order has been successfully placed

Once your order has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email. It will contain the order number and details about the products purchased.

For payment by card, the transaction will appear on the account statement with the name www.arieteatelier.ro.

How do I know at what stage my order is

You can log in to your account to track order status.

How do I know if you received the returned products

We will send you an email to confirm that we are in possession of the returned products. If you do not receive a confirmation from us within 3 working days, please contact us by phone at +40751 024 343.

How do I return a product

A return request is completed, to which you will receive a reply within 3 working days. If the request is accepted, we will make a collection request to the courier company to get to you to pick up the parcel to be in our possession.

If a product is out of stock I can order it again

In the case of standard products, the stock of raw materials is limited. For this reason we cannot guarantee that we can make it to order.
